Affinor has granted FARMX rights to use and exploit the company’s industrial designs for the cultivation of romaine lettuce and other leafy greens

Affinor Growers Inc. has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Freshbay Inc. with respect to a deep-earth geothermal agricultural site located in Hinton, Alta.

Price per Unit will be reduced from CDN $0.20 to CDN $0.15. Price of the Warrant will be reduced from CND$0.30 per Warrant share to CND $0.25.
